Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been received (unless otherwise stated).

Guest Numbers

Only the number of guests confirmed in your booking are permitted to stay. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval.

Payment

Payment is required to secure your reservation. If payment is not received within the required timeframe, Brands Farm reserves the right to cancel the booking and release the dates.

Damage and Excess Cleaning

Guests are responsible for leaving the accommodation in a reasonable condition. Brands Farm reserves the right to charge for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after your stay.

Check In and Check Out

Check in and check out times will be provided in your booking confirmation. Early check in or late check out may be available on request, subject to availability.

Liability

Guests stay at Brands Farm at their own risk. Brands Farm is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or accident to guests or personal belongings during your stay.
